Community Jobs provides transitional community-based employment and training
oppurtunities for WorkFirst participants with significant challenges. Through
public/private partnerships, participants gain increased self-confidence,
marketable work skills and increased options to unsubsidized employment.
Funds made available through the Washington State Department of Community Trade
and Economic Development and Kitsap County's Olympic WorkForce Development
Council.

Second component of 20 hours involving education, job search,
barrier removal plans-- tailored to interns goals

Bundled services and strong emphasis on partnerships with local
