DRIVE
Obtain assistance with reinstating your driver’s license by negotiating a payment plan through KCR.

Eligibility
• Income-eligibility guidelines apply
• License must be suspended in the Third Degree
• License cannot be suspended due to non-payment of Child Support
• License must be a Washington driver’s license and you cannot be suspended
in another state
• You must live in Kitsap County or the majority of your tickets must be in Kitsap or
at Alliance One

Document Requirements
The following must be obtained at the Department of Licensing:
• Drivers Abstract
• Copy of what is holding license
• Copy of requirements to reinstate

In addition, we will need income verification, such as a medical coupon, statement of earnings from WorkSource or a paycheck stub.
