Obtain assistance with reinstating your driver’s license by negotiating a payment plan through KCR.
To Apply To The DRIVE Program
• Complete a DRIVE Program Application Online Application
• Sign a Release of Information form
• Obtain and submit proof of income
• Obtain "Complete Driving Abstract," "What Is Holding Your License?" and "Eligibility Data" forms from the Dept. of Licensing
Program Requirements and Disqualifier Information
In addition, we will need income verification, statement of earnings from WorkSource or a paycheck stub.
