How To Help Employers

kcrOur programs offer different types of personnel resources depending on your needs.

Community Jobs
KCR’s programs assist parents receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) to gain or improve work place skills to enhance employability and to obtain unsubsidized employment. Participants are placed at local non-profits or government agencies in order to develop and increase workplace skills. In addition, each Community Jobs participant devotes time per week to look for work or takes part in activities that will enhance their employability.

Each Community Jobs participant engages in activities to enhance their employability and receives a subsidized wage for their employment.
Our programs offer different types of personnel resources depending on your needs.
