 Housing Services
KCR is the primary provider of emergency and transitional housing in Kitsap County. The 12 emergency housing units are
located in Bremerton and the transitional housing units are in Port Orchard and Bremerton, with single-family sites
thoughout the county. Rental assistance and childcare for homeless families are also part of KCR Housing Services.
