ENERGY FAMILY DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST [details]

$11.84 Hour to start plus benefits. Requires High School Diploma or GED plus 2.5 years experience in social services or AA Degree plus one year experience. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Requires good basic math skills. Must have knowledge of social service networking, aptitude for making accurate assessments of client needs, ability to handle stress of working with people in crisis, ability to coordinate and track delivery of direct service. Must have good computer, organizational and paperwork skills.

HOUSING SOLUTIONS CENTER RECEPTIONIST [details]

$9.41 Hr. to start plus benefits. Requires High School Diploma or GED plus six months experience in clerical and receptionist duties. This position is primarily responsible for greeting and directing individuals coming to the Housing Solutions Center. Requires good telephone answering skills, filing skills, ability to communicate clearly and be willing to follow instructions. Must have a working knowledge of MS Office applications.

Must have concern for and understanding of low-income people and reliable transportation to use on the job. HOUSING FAMILY DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST [details]

$11.84 Hour to start, plus benefits. Requires High School Diploma or GED plus 2.5 years experience in Human Services or AA Degree plus one year experience. This position provides in-depth interviewing to determine eligibility, immediate and long term needs and provides intensive case coordination services to homeless families and develops short and long term goal setting. Must have an understanding of the socio-economic problems and needs of homeless families and be familiar with community resources. Requires good written and oral communication skills and experience in MS Office applications.
