We look for skilled and dedicated employees who will become the personal face of KCR’s mission—“providing hope and opportunity,” to low-income residents of Kitsap County. We are a group of employees who are “motivated by the KCR mission.”

At the end of the day, our employees leave satisfied and fulfilled because they have helped others take the next steps in becoming self-sufficient. And, while we get satisfaction from helping others, we also help ourselves by creating something bigger than ourselves — a safety network for low-income county residents.

At Kitsap Community Resources, we value our employees and offer generous benefits.
For eligible employees, benefits include:
Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance
Life insurance
Short-term and long-term disability
Wellness and Employee Assistance program
