KCR's WIA Program is an employment service designed to assist people of Kitsap County find the necessary information, skills and/or training to enter employment in our community

Eligibility for Our Adult Program

• Adults 18 and older and out of school
• Legally able to work in the United States
• Males must be registered with selective service
• Social Security card and drivers license or state ID

Strengths/Services

• Available of computer labs, phones and faxes
• Career assessment tools for career path/industry
• Work Experience to explore career options
• On the Job Training with selected employees
• Counselors available to work one on one with customers
• Job Hunter Workshops

Strengths: Availability of computer labs, phones and faxes for employment opportunities. Tools to help access customer work skills and abilities. Ability to help customers choose career path and provide training or job experience as necessary. Job Counselors available to work one-on-one with customers. Connections to WorkSource Center and other community resources.
