Emergency Shelter
Temporary Emergency Housing is available for families.
Eligibility:
• One or two-parent households with dependent children under the age of 18.
• Income Guidelines apply
• Must be at serious risk of homelessness or living in substandard housing
Transitional Housing
Transitional Housing is for families whose lives are more stabilized. It is a case-managed program where participants work on monthly goals, check in with their case manager each week, and receive monthly scheduled home visits. Participants pay approximately 30% of their income towards rent.
Eligibility:
• One or two-parent households with dependent children under the age of 18.
• Applicants must be homeless, low-income and working or attending school
Steps for Obtaining Emergency or Transitional Housing
• Call or visit us for an application
• Once we receive your preliminary application, you will be placed on a wait list
• If your preliminary application shows you meet the minimum requirements, you will be contacted for an eligibility interview
Housing Referral
Provides housing referral information including subsidized housing list and applications for local and county housing authorities.
Safe Park: If you and your children are living in your car, there is a Safe Parking Lot available for overnight stays with access to showers and bathrooms.
