Kitsap Community Resources’ Homeless Child and Family Services serve the needs of families and individuals in Kitsap County who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Every child deserves a stable living environment, and our services can help prevent eviction, provide affordable housing, and stabilize families.
Our Weatherization and Energy Assistance programs serve both individuals and families – renters and homeowners – with the burden of energy prices.

The Energy Assistance program assists renters and home owners with winter heating and utility bills. NOTE: Funding for 2009-2010 Energy Assistance begins in October.
Weatherization more information >
KCR’s Weatherization and Related Minor Home Repair program reduces energy bills by improving the energy efficiency of your home. In addition, these services improve living conditions by fixing unsanitary, hazardous or deteriorated conditions within the home.
Voicemail Services
